Lia P Gluten Free “Southworks” is the brainchild of its founder Diane Eenigenburg.
Diane owns a Dedicated Gluten Free bakery in Lemont, IL, and recently moved to Ocala when her husband retired. She saw a need for great tasting Gluten Free products in Ocala and decided to setup shop here at the local Outdoor Markets.
