Welcome to Lia P Gluten Free “Southworks”

We are a Dedicated Gluten Free Cottage Industry Bakery, in the Ocala Florida area, with roots based in our Lemont, IL “brick and mortar” bakery “Lia P Gluten Free“ but we are a separate corporation. We use many of the same recipes we’ve developed there for the past 20 years plus a number of new ones.
